1. Services

WebHero, operated by WEB HERO EOOD (UIC: 206438071), provides web development, web design, and related digital services to clients worldwide. Our work includes but is not limited to custom website development, web application development, e-commerce solutions, UI/UX design, and ongoing maintenance and support.

2. Project Agreements

All projects are governed by individual proposals or contracts agreed upon by both parties before work begins. Each agreement specifies the project scope, deliverables, timeline, and fixed pricing. These terms serve as a general framework; in the event of any conflict, the terms of your specific project agreement take precedence.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of final payment, the client receives full ownership of all project deliverables, including source code, design files, and any custom assets created specifically for the project.

WebHero retains the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or libraries used during development remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules, methods, and amounts are outlined in each individual project agreement. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of work until the outstanding balance is settled.

5. Limitation of Liability

WebHero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability for any claim related to a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific project. We are not responsible for damages resulting from third-party services, hosting providers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising from our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any legal proceedings shall be brought before the competent courts in Bulgaria.
